Contact
For privacy questions, contact support@rampyear.com. The responsible legal entity and registered contact address must be added before launch.
Website visits
The website is prepared for hosting on Render. Hosting may involve technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and access logs. Applicable retention periods, processing grounds and service arrangements remain to be confirmed.
Booking a conversation
The Cal.com calendar loads after you submit your reviewed discovery brief. This connects your browser to Cal.com and prefills the name and email you supplied. You can also follow the direct scheduling link. Scheduling can involve your name, email address, timezone and answers to booking questions. See Cal.com's privacy policy. Ramp Year's booking-data handling, retention and connected calendar/video services require final review.
Discovery answers and voice
With your permission, we process your name, work email, company domain and the business context you choose to share to prepare and follow up on your enquiry. Voice audio is streamed to OpenAI for transcription. Transcript text is sent to OpenAI to draft structured notes; you can edit them before sending. The written option is always available. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or confidential customer data.
If you choose voice and separately consent to recording, your browser records the session. After you submit, Ramp Year retains the recording encrypted in a separate private GitHub repository, alongside your reviewed answers. The encryption key is held separately in the server environment. Access is restricted to authorized operators; no system is immune to compromise. Raw transcript text is not added to the lead record. Git history retains prior content; deletion requests require review of history and any retained copies, not just deleting the current file. Contact support@rampyear.com to request access, correction or deletion. Our selected operating policy is to keep submitted recordings until you request deletion at support@rampyear.com. We may delete them earlier when no longer needed or required by applicable law. The necessity of ongoing retention and legal basis require review before intake activation. Deletion handling includes Git history, authorized exports and any retained copies; deleting the latest file alone is insufficient.
A short-lived essential session cookie protects the intake. Session state expires after 30 minutes. In production, Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent abuse and may receive technical browser information. When you enter a valid company domain, your browser requests its favicon from Google's favicon service. This shares the domain and technical request information with Google; no name, email or discovery answers are included. The request omits the page referrer. After submission, the server may also retrieve the company mark. OpenAI, GitHub, Cloudflare, Google, Render and Cal.com process information under their own service arrangements; their retention and international-transfer arrangements require final review.
We use OpenAI's Responses API with storage disabled for note generation. This does not mean the provider has no operational or abuse-monitoring retention. No marketing subscription is created by this form. AI-generated notes are intake assistance, not the promised human-researched market report.
Fonts and measurement
Fonts and editorial website images are served locally; the company favicon preview uses Google's image service as described above. This version does not include analytics or advertising pixels. Any later measurement tools will require an updated notice and any applicable consent controls.
Before publication
The final notice must identify the responsible entity, actual purposes and processing grounds, recipients, international transfers where relevant, retention periods and the rights and complaint routes applicable to visitors. Those details have not been assumed or invented.
